{Recipe #3}
I recently found this blog that I looovee, it has soo many recipes and crafts that I wanna try. This week Dave and I finally did. They have famous recipes from all sorts of restaurants. We tried Winger's Sticky Fingers and they were actually pretty close to the real thing. I enjoyed them, especially since we didn't have to pay a tip.

So much for posting a recipe once a week.. Life has been pretty busy lately with working all day. I haven't really been up to cooking meals. We've had pizza, left overs and LOTS of bean and cheese burritos. We love our burrito's.
I did make spaghetti for the first time in our new apartment the other day. Spaghetti is probably my favorite food, ever!
-ground beef
-spaghetti sauce
-spaghetti noodles
To top off the main meal we threw in a few pieces of homemade garlic bread in the oven, it turns the meal from delish to ahhhmazing.
-If you have any ideas of some easy, simple but delicious meals that you love... please let us know!
{Recipe #1}
Pressure Cooker Chicken
For our wedding, one of Dave's Aunt's got us this really nice pressure cooker... and honestly I suck at using it. I just wish everything's instructions were SIMPLE with EASY pictures to look at, but nope. that's not how things work. I think it turned out pretty good, and Dave absolutely loved it.
Next time I think I'll read through the instructions a little more thoroughly.
4 chicken breasts {thawed}
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Sour Cream
Mix soup and sour cream together
Spread a little along the bottom of pressure cooker/crock pot
Put chicken in and cover with remaining soup mixture.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
If using Pressure Cooker:
Cook on {high} for 20 minutes or until done
If using Crock Pot:
Bake on {low} for 8 hours
We had rice and rolls along with this delish chicken.
Enjoy!!
